Frequently Asked Questions
What's the minimum order for printed workwear?
For digital (DTG) printing we can do as few as 5 garments. Screen printing becomes more cost-effective at 12 pieces and above. We'll always recommend the right method for your quantity.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Yes — for DTG and heat transfer printing, each garment can be sized differently with no cost penalty. Screen print runs prefer a single print colour per run for cost efficiency.
How long does printed workwear last?
Digital prints on quality garments typically last 40–50 wash cycles before any fading is noticeable. Screen print and embroidery are more durable and will outlast the garment in most cases. Washing at 30–40°C inside out extends print life significantly.
Can I supply my own garments?
We prefer to source garments ourselves so we can guarantee print compatibility, but we will consider client-supplied garments on request. Contact us to discuss.
Do you supply samples before a full order?
For orders above a certain size we can arrange a sample garment for approval before the full run. Ask when you enquire.
